The vast majority of programs you find on t-nation are good. If you follow any one of them consistently, you’ll get results. The question is, if your current program is working why would you change it?
I think metabolic work means anaerobic conditioning. It gets your heart rate high quickly and also causes lactate build-up in your muscles. I may be wrong, but I’m pretty sure I’m not.
Arm days I don’t know much about. I think you could probably get away without one as long as you train your arms enough on other days. However, it may be better to have a dedicated arm day AND train your arms on other days as well. You’d just do most of your arm work on your arm day and do maybe one or two arm exercises on another couple of days.
Whey I’d say you can do without but if you want to it won’t hurt.

That’s because you are not gaining weight. You don’t have to get sore at all to grow. You may have misunderstood what he said. You also do not have to keep changing workouts.
As for the metabolic work, it will not make much of a difference unless you are dieting for fat loss. Insulin sensitivity is a more complex subject than the article describes. You should only worry about it if you are obese. This is a good example of why you should not take internet articles too seriously.

You sound like you are going through the negative effects of being in a caloric deficit for so long and possibly in an overtrained state. But you refuse to listen advice. What do you want us to do?
i ate like i told u i do… i lift the way i told u i do… what u want me to eat more and i will do it… why u think i eating less… scale was 82 kilo now 83… for u in lbs it was 179 now its again 183… i keep going down and up on scale for that… and my last in bed thing been this way for ever even the days i quit lifting and ate like tons

You need to sort your life out instead of running to the gym as an escape. Everybody has problems. Not everybody has the balls to solve them.
No, you have to build up your career while you are young and provide for your family.
If the scale is stuck it means you are not getting in enough calories. Plain and simple.

i got plan for that… soon in about 1 year i will have m gym or cafe… in nice place… good class… good taste… will buil d up to be famous… if i have gym ppl will chase me to train there… tons in my gym ask me for advise cuz i know how to adjust their workout to be better… for me all i do is correct lifting form and bom feel the muscle so they ask when do i go to gym so they can train when im there… to correct there form… o got future plans bro… and for cafe too… but all i need is some time… and for now i gotta do what makes me happy…

Good. Take some business courses too, especially on the subject of marketing. Put your focus there instead of just bodybuilding.
The only advice I can give you is that life can be hard and it will take effort to make it easier. The gym cannot ever be the only thing you enjoy. If it is you have to change that.
Also, see a doctor. Get yourself thoroughly checked.
