Rymon Log of Lifting

Lol but at least you are thinking.

Ok, think about those olympic weightlifters. A snatch is a very hard exercise to do. You will lift little girl weights the 1st time you try it. But if you practice it, over time, you will be lifting more weight. Does this mean you are stronger or you are just getting better at doing the exercise?

using the rock voice… FINALLY … RYMON HAS MADE IT…i bench the 30 kilo eash side now 8 reps no spottr at all… and do the same weight with yates row… 30 kilo eash side… i look badass in gym…tried close grip push up for triceps… and wow… 4 set with last set being able to do 4… and frist set was about 15… hard move … but feel it better then close grip bbench pres…
i want sore arm … i like soreness… AND  5 AM CANT SLEEP :d
forgot to tell… squat eash cide 40 kilo 3 reps good form using ben paksuksi style

idk does this mean the more i squat isnt making me strong?

chk this and tell me

@rymon511

Think of strength a bit like driving a car: one part of how fast you can go is the engine. A v8 can go much faster than a four cylinder, right? However, the other part of how fast you can go is how well you drive. If you are a bad driver, you won’t be able to drive your v8 as fast as a good driver.

Same with strength and muscle size. Big muscles have the potential to move more weight, but only if you can make them work properly. That means 1) having good technique and 2) training your nervous system to activate all of those muscles, which is usually done by lifting heavier weights for lower reps.

thank u… my only joy has to be good at it

I read it, and it makes sense I think. I never really train my biceps except to help my elbow heal, so I know very little about training them.

You may want to check out some stuff by Charles Poliquin, I think he’s written some interesting pieces about direct arm work.

Waterbury’s compounds only, total body training was a fad in the mid 2000s, just like doing more “pump work” than IFBB Pro bodybuilders nowadays is a fad. One logical reason for this is probably because people realised they weren’t getting bigger arms so they are now jumping on the next extreme fad.

Just do a balanced split and you’ll be fine. If there was really a “best” way to do all this, there would be a lot more big guys in the gym now than 10 years ago. Unfortunately, this is not what I’m seeing.

he also talked about same stuff… but for like 5 set slow tempo of 4 to 6 reps… same wowkrout…

Chin ups will hit your biceps but not as well as direct bicep work, especially once your mmc with your lats gets better.

DO NOT use tempo in your training. There is no difference and only distracts you from concentrating on the set. When I told you to do some exercises with a 1-2sec squeeze of the muscle it was to make sure you are actually flexing the muscle hard and lowering the weight under control instead of just dropping it.

WHO R U. LIFTING GOD? LOL how u know so much how old r u… dude tell me what kind of lifting u do…

Lol I trained with a lot of successful bodybuilders and trainers when I started lifting. This was in the 90s. This is why I never fell victim to all the different training methods being hyped and the pseudoscience from writers trying to gain credibility by overcomplicating shit in order to sell you something when the internet became popular. This is also why I told you to go to the gym and train with big guys. The only difference between me and some of them is I like to read science and stuff so I can better articulate WHY you should or should not be doing something.

I’m 36.

me too… this how i found t nathion… bpack and gvt guy… this how i lost the 50 lbs of fat without cardio…
i will ask u some stuff…u think i am good lifter… and do u think i can get huge without strioeds…

You will need to train for a few years before you know your true potential. But anyone can get a good physique without steroids. It’s not just about size. I think you have the drive and attitude to be successful.

gym owner told me that i need strioeds… and all does if we want the size and strngth…made course with famous world champ bodybuilder… and he told me the sam e and trook alot of money… told me to do 3000 curnch a day befpre my real muscle lifting… and sold me supplmetns… i left that shit cuz i read and i know 3000 wont brn my belly fat…

That’s someone who wants to make money off you. If someone wants to sell you something he will tell you a lot of bullshit. It’s the same online but people are generally smarter when they know lots of people in the world, some highly educated in similar fields, will be reading so they cover their bullshit with pseudoscience and other nonsense.

he sold me amino acids… and something called t3…i knew later it was strioed or something idk untel now… and sold me l carntine… and caffine 100mg lol

T3 is a thyroid hormone. It will suppress your natural hormone production. When you do that, you cause an imbalance which the body may or may not be able to restore when you come off it. It’s effect on fat loss isn’t great unless supported by other drugs anyway. Don’t take that shit. I’ve never even taken it myself.

that was 2 year ago and i took it… lol i hope i diidnt break any thing cuz i failed that tim to lose fat … then 2 years later he im u know what i did
