is this literally all you eat in a day? If we look at it closely, it’s about 120g of protein, pretty much no carbs, hardly any fat and very little vegetables.
Are you missing anything out? If that’s it then it’s nowhere near enough of anything.

3 300 gram of meat mad with suase
30 gram beanuts
20 gram sunflower
2 sweet potato

Sometimes you come up with something that makes perfect sense.
Yes, there are no magic exercises. There are just exercises. Some are better for some goals, some less good; and some work better for some people than for others. The trick is to pick exercises that are both good for you and your goals.
Broadly, doing something with barbells or dumbbells is usually better than with a machine for strength; but to build size machines can work very well indeed.
The final thing to remember is that it is quite common for the exercise that is the least pleasant to do to be the most effective.
Using me as an example:
I need to add size to my quads. Now, I can do front squats for higher reps, I can do narrow stance squats for higher reps, I can do a loads of leg presses; but they don’t do much for my quads, because I don’t feel any of those in my quads much. If I do hack squats, however, I feel like my quads are going to explode after only a few reps: the least pleasant of the lot, but the one that works.

OK, so your food choices aren’t bad, however it still looks a bit on the light side. I think another meal, if you can squeeze it in somewhere, would be a good idea as in my opinion you aren’t really eating enough.
Honestly, it’s hard to give you diet advice because you swing back and forth between wanting to get bigger then freaking out because you think you’re getting fat. If you really want to get bigger then you need to accept that there will be a little fat gain along with the muscle, but if you want to get shredded you need to be able to deal with the fact that strength will stall, and possibly even regress for a little while.
Some better defined goals would, in my opinion, make things easier.
