i wanna kno whats the diffrence… romanin deadlift and deadlift… all the same to me… i hate pulling from ground and too much techniqe for me to foucs …doesnt rdl work lower back as well mark ?

How old are you?

I don’t see a problem with a PPL Split? My question is why do you want to do it if your training is giving you results? How do you plan to do it? Sets, exercises, reps etc?

my trining isnt giving me any thing… my weigts r still the same … my pull up got doewn to 3…
i wight 185 now… aorund the same…
i bench and squat les… and food porblem is shit

Why? When things like this happen, you analyse what you’ve been doing. You find out what you’ve been doing wrong. Then you attempt to fix it by keeping things that work and changing things that don’t work. That’s how you plan shit. You don’t just jump into something else completely new hoping that you’ll get better results without a proper reason other than blind faith in a program or following the masses. You are reacting - thinking emotionally instead of objectively. ACT don’t react. If you can’t figure this out or you’re too mentally lazy to, you might as well just do 5x5.

You should be willing and able to suffer and take risks while you are young. This is where you build the foundation for where you will be later in life. At 25 I was working 12-14 hours a day, 6-7 days a week, sleeping 4-5 hours, travelling between 2 countries every month and raising a 12 year old brother while building up a business. This is why I stopped training during that time. I did this until I was 34 and by then the years of shit paid off and now I can do whatever the fuck I want.

This is not something I would be able to do now at 37. It would probably kill me or send me to a mental hospital. Take advantage of youth and make the required sacrifices. Don’t be a fucking Nancy.

  1. If you tell me something that’s bullshit, I’ll call you out on it. If that hurts your feelings, tough. You’re a good kid but you’re naive as hell but I’ve got enough respect for you to be honest. If you don’t like my advice, don’t take it. Simple.

  2. For what it’s worth, I don’t think you’re a loser or I wouldn’t bother checking your log, just in case you needed that spelled out.

  3. Yes, RDL works your lower back. Never done then, so I’m not sure what else they do. I’ve generally been under the impression they’re a hamstring exercise mostly but @dt79 may know more.

  4. RDL is not, and will never, ever be or do the same as a deadlift. If you don’t want to deadlift, don’t. If your reason for not deadlifting is that you can’t be bothered to learn how, that’s just fucking lazy, but it’s up to you.

rdl and deadlift r the same movment… to me… i dont care about deadlift i just want somethin to work my lower back…deadift i tried it last back day… im just scaed to load the bar when i dont even knw how to get my back stright with it when ibend knee…
what is the functionali of my lower bak whats its job so i can work it…
the push pull leg however…i think its better cuz i get to work more in less time… I SAID ITHINK… i do that now i think …nothing wrong with trying to learn

But this is not evaluating and attempting to solve your problem.

  1. Start by actually LOGGING your workouts - date, split, exercises, sets, reps etc. When you experiment with things, you need to quantify RESULTS. How are you going to do that if you don’t keep a record of what you’ve done?

(“Wow so sore… yeah felt the burn… my dick got really hard etc are not results”.)

  1. Log what you are eating and how many calories. Ask @Yogi1 for guidance.

every time i hit chest its sore… then why not legs or lat… ? thats why i i get lost…

Soreness means nothing. Extreme stretching can make you sore. Jogging after not training for years can make you sore.

Do you think I’m lying to you? You think that after years of training and gaining and losing so much weight and lifting heavy shit until my joints and tendons are almost thrashed, if soreness was an important variable, I wouldn’t be chasing it?

And again, you are not logging your workouts. You prefer to read nonsense on the internet thinking there’s a special solution for all of your problems just by reading instead of analysing what you are doing first. There aren’t any, ok? If there were, there would be a lot of big guys in the gym since this information is so readily available.

Look back at your older pics when you made the most progress. Write down what you were doing at that time.
