i cant belive u too lol … for me this is kinda cool cuz… more knoldge is good… man squat give me nothing but sore gults… so i read why is this happening…
my big porblem nowis i need to stay away from gym 4 days cuzm inm going for summer time in Sharm el-Sheikh @FlatsFarmer its not cool to stay away from gym for 4 days
and no healthy food to pick but wife so need this and so do i… she said it was the honey moon ikept for later

Well I originally thought he was dicking around in the gym with different exercises. Now I think he’s probably just curious about different things he reads.

Look, you already know enough.This shit is not complicated. It just needs hard work and years of experience, not reading hundreds of articles. Why do you think big guys can’t explain what they are doing and it’s always the small guys talking about science and optimal programming?

Then don’t do them. I don’t do any kind of chin up or pull up and I do pull downs with very limited range of motion because of shoulder pain. There is no exercise that you “must” do. There are always alternatives.
