Rymon Log of Lifting

To me that looks fine. Also I think your chest, shoulders and abs look fuller, so you look more muscular than before. Gotta love how carbs help muscles do that.

@MarkKO i also got stronger on major lifts

That tells you something doesn’t it?

im kinda angry…after i came back from sharm … i ate my diet… i just added more carb rice and bread… now i fucking weight 193 lbs… i dont wanna be fat aagin i am not 87 kilo close to 90 also went to gym to hit back and i was like i cant lift… i am not able to even warm up… i just left … idk wat @dt79 whats goin on to me…

Hold on a second. Three says ago you said you’d gotten stronger. Now you feel like crap. What happened?

All I can think of is that you overreached hard three day’s ago and you’re still recovering.

I told you to gain weight. I did not tell you to gain weight too fast. If you are gaining fat faster than you are gaining muscle, cut back the excess calories.

so am i doing fine? just cut back food how much u want me to gain

idk i just worout like i used to bro squat i catn squat a\s much as i did any more

I would say you are doing fine at the moment. As for how much food, you need to evaluate this yourself according to how much muscle vs fat you are gaining.

i got alot to ask u… frist a back muscle pump i never felt that… last night chest work was amazing… i break my 1 rp max … squat is hell i cant do it now

should i post my back work?

The squat is more technical in nature and performance is also dependent on cns adaptation if you are doing it at a high frequency. It is normal to lose a bit of strength when you take some time off. This has nothing to do with muscular strength. You will gain back this strength and more in a few more sessions.

how do i know … im lost again ugh

Look at the mirror and figure it out bro lol! This is how you stop being a noob.

I LOOK THE SAME … even my quad vines is still here

Then most probably your weight gain is water. Carbs make your body hold water, remember?

Don’t worry if your squat isn’t where you think it should be. Your bench is going up, so you’re not too badly off. You won’t always get stronger across the board. Sometimes one or two lifts will fall behind for a while, and then pick up again.

i got some stuff to ask? is miltry press important?
the over head part…
and the mind muscl thingy… i need to know how to get that… what makes cutler better lifter then me

The next time you do a military press, imagine locking the bar out with your side delts once it passes your head.[quote=“rymon511, post:280, topic:216814”]

I told you it takes time and practice.

For what? It’s probably the best way to get strong at moving something over your head without using your legs. It’s also probably pretty good for keeping your shoulders healthy as long as you do it right.

Bro!

Egyptians used to be big time overhead pressers!

Khadr Sayed El Touni would say that the press is very important!
