
Rate away, just take into consideration that I am a runner(usually 10-12 miles a day) and lift 4 days a week(NROL). I am taking protein and fishoil that is it. Any advice as well?? Also, I am about 5-7%body fat.

I think you are in the wrong place if you want people to “take into consideration” that you are a “runner.”
First advice: Give up running.
Gain 50 pounds of muscle. Jk, this is BB site, if your fishing for compliments about your ridiculously skinny body you probably aren’t gonna find them here. Your also gonna get asked to post a picture of your legs and back and to tell us what your max’s are on the major lifts. And your gonna be told to stop running cuz you are too skinny.

Use the search function on this site. Search “Clean Bulk” for some great articles. Also read the nutrition for newbies articles
Go into the beginners section, not this “Rate my physique” section. Im sure this is a good reality check for you, but the first step to improving your build is nutrition, and people at this site will very very rarely make up meal plans for you when you ask - instead start reading the nutrition articles, which are written specifically for people like you, curious to find out, and not a troll.
Start by reading http://www.T-Nation.com/tmagnum/readTopic.do?id=640350 and following the instructions there. If you choose to take the challenge I am sure you will be able to make some significant changes without effecting your running, just remember that as long as you run you’re limiting the amount of muscle you can build because it is such a calorie burning hobby. In case you are wondering, you are included among the colloquial phrase ‘skinny bastard’ and if you use the search function you can find some excellent articles concerning your ‘problem’. Read my link first, and then start expanding your knowledge, because learning is the rawest form of growing, and you need it to grow your body, not just hard work.

I am getting precision nutrition for christmas. I have always had a difficult time with nutrtion.

Seriously you dont need to buy precision nutrition just learn how to eat a good amount of calories aim for 3000+ a day to start and replace what you loose running so if you burn off 800 calories on a run go and have a 1000 extra that day.

Na, every chick I’ve ever dated or been friends with have always said they are not attracted to big guys (I mean there are girls out there that are). But for majority of college girls, they all like the skinny cut dudes. I’m in between skinny/cut and massively huge. My girlfriend now keeps asking why I eat so much and I tell her I wanna get huuuuge, and she says nooooo don’t do that. What the fuck ever… I’d rather have bigger muscles and squash heads like grapes…
I told my girlfriend that ultimately I’d like to look like Frank Mcgrath and proceeded to show her a picture. That didnt go over well. However, I showed him in a modeling shot instead of contest ready after that and she agreed it was good. The key is show them you wanna look in regular swole shape, not contest ready BB state.
