Are you training for a marathon/decathalon/Ironman? No one runs 10-12 miles a day, consistantly, for shits and giggles…

You say you lift 4 days/wk. Give an example of a workout.

Eat anything and EVERYTHING!!! Calories are your friend. Just eat every 2.5-3 hrs.

Not impressive by bodybuilding standards, but certainly a good goal for runners such as yourself. The person in question also runs long distance.
