Routine Input..Quick

Hi all,

new here but have looked for a long time…would some of you mind giving me some feedback on this strength training routine…

First:

Currently 5 foot 8, 160 lbs, 8-10%bf
long time crossfit user looking to change it up a bit
have no probs w/ crossfit workouts…ie, I am in great shape.

how is this for a strenght training routing…basically concerned w/ frequency and volume…do i need to do more w/ each body part or less?

Monday:
Dumbell bench 6x3
dumbell row
squat

Tues:
Mil press 5x8
pull down
dead lifts

wed:
cardio or off

Thurs: same as Monday but 5x8
Fri: same as Tues but 6x3
