Last Sunday I was using my rolling thunder handles for Farmers Walk handles, and now this week I have a slight numbness in my thunmbs.
Has this ever happend to anyone else when training with thick bars? And did it last a long time or did the tingling/ numbness go away after a while?
Thanks

You can damage nerves etc… doing that kind of stuff, it should not last long, but if it lasts a few more days you should get it checked out by a neurologist.
The problem with farmer walkin is all the jarring around on your hands … if you were just lifting the weight with a thick handle you probably would not have had a problem. In my opinion you’ve probably just squashed them a bit. I’d expect your hands will be fine again soon.
It’s also possible that you inflamed your medial ligament, sorta like a temporary bout of carpal tunnel. Try icing around your wrist/base of your thumb for now, then, like was said, see someone if it doesn’t clear up in a few days in case something more serious happened.
