Rock Hard Abs/Obliques

What are the best exercises for rock hard abs and Obliques?

If this is true why aren’t I the guy on the next edition of Fitness Made Simple yet??

Do bench press and dumbell curls 3 sets of 8 for each. Than do about 20 sets of 4-5 different types of core work. Repeat.

If this is really the case then squats with at least 300lbs or more would be a good long term goal to help get you started on the road to “rock hard abs and obliques”!

Probably not what you were looking for but good advice in my experience.

P.S. This means start squating with the 45lb olympic bar and start adding weight as you grow stronger.
