So a solid couple of prs on the bench. I did these with out a spot or handoff and they felt pretty good. If my bench keeps going this way I think I have a shot at 500, Ill keep my fingers crossed. My bodyweight is starting to creep up now though, I am eating like crazy, so much that I start to gag sometimes.

Don’t know if it means anything but I hit my first 500 pound equipped squat right after going 440x3, and 455x2 in a session.
I have seen something like that but I just didn’t think it could help me. Have you seen lifters use it?
I work with some chiros and ive got some laser treatment on the area of pain. Im not sure if that helped or if it was just the extra rest, either way it was better today. Ill keep trying to get more free treatments out of them, they are good guys and pretty helpful.

I have seen 1 lifter use it. Works great for him. Id give it a shot, i think you can get them at any pharmacy or walmart. cheap and effective(hopefully). Eric has updated it, im on it now. Your training is looking really strong man, keep it up stay healthy.
Its funny that our squats and deads are so similar, ive been looking at your vids. Your squats are looking real strong. Deads look good too but im not sure how much more you can single over a triple.
I had a spot for the bench so I wanted to feel some heavier singles. Everything felt strong but I could tell that I benched 5 days prior. 3 more training weeks left to hit 500. If its not there im not going to injure myself trying for it though. No heavy benching until next monday so that should be a good one.
I do realize that my ass lifted up a bit. Im trying to fix it but I think the main reason is that the bench in the gym is a little low. On a comp bench im not tall enough to lift my ass if I try so I should be ok at the meet.
Youve def got me on bench, I paused 425 couple weeks ago. Thats all ive got. Looks like youve made some huge gains on bench since the last RUM. Deads i have some problems with my grip, as long as i get that worked out im looking at well over 700. I think well be close to each other in both squats and deadlift.

You still have time to improve on that 425. Do you think you will total over 1800?
Well I dont think you can compare me to KK yet. Also, im Canadian so I cant be the American version haha. Thanks for the compliment though.
I don’t think Ill keep the log going after. Not sure what ill want to do after the meet as far as athletic goals. When I have a goal I will probably start a new log.

Thats the goal, I will be close. 1800 is possible if I have a great day at rum and my training goes as planned, I think 1750 is more realistic for me though.

Ya I’m really not sure what I want to do at this point. I will cut a little bit of weight and see how I feel. Im too big to be a 198 and too small for the 220s. Its all done by wilks so I just want to lift where I feel I can put up my best score.
1800 would be my minimum, I would be upset with myself if I didn’t go over 1800 at this point. 1850 can happen if everything goes well.
If you can go over 1750 @ 198 I think thats pretty nuts and will be tough to beat on wilks.
