Thanks guys, im glad to see that some people are enjoying it. Sometimes I feel like im just typing this out for nothing haha. It can get kinda boring just reading a log full of numbers so ill try to get more vids to keep it interesting.

Not very motivated for this workout. Have to squat tonight. Planning a heavy single but im not sure how heavy. Ill feel it out.

Got word that Raw unity will be on Fox sports south. Its going to be featured on a show called Brawl Call and I was one of the lifters selected to be interviewed. I have to write up a 2 page bio so the interviewer can come up with some questions. 24 million people see this show so its kind of a big deal. Im excited for it. I dont have a sponsor so im wondering if this could give me some leverage in getting one.

Pissed about the 600 miss. It felt light, I just took it down too slow and got stuck half way up. I know this sounds really obvious but I think I just need more practice with heavy weights. I have a plan to follow for the weeks leading up to the meet. 600 should be no problem. I did hit a pr with 495, my previous best with it was 7 reps.

As far as the 198s go im not so sure I can even make them anymore. I will cut some weight and see how it goes but im not going to kill myself trying to make it. I just want to lift where I feel strongest.

This meet will be pretty nuts though, I think the top 5 will be very close in wilks.

Today I worked up to 2 singles with 405 in the bench press. The tendonitis im having in my elbows was just too much. It was really blinding pain, I tried to push through but it was making me so weak that I could barely curl 20lb dumbells. Hopefully taking it easy this week will help.

Well its amazing what a couple of extra days of rest can do. All sets felt pretty easy. Im not sure if I should keep my heavier bench day on thursdays or not. Its the squat that makes my tendons hurt so bad, so maybe giving the extra days between will help.

have you ever seen the wraps they use for tennis elbow? which is basically tendonitis in your elbow. its a simple strap that goes around the widest part of your forearm and supports the tendons. works wonders for some people, ive seen it first hand.

I have seen something like that but I just didn’t think it could help me. Have you seen lifters use it?

I work with some chiros and ive got some laser treatment on the area of pain. Im not sure if that helped or if it was just the extra rest, either way it was better today. Ill keep trying to get more free treatments out of them, they are good guys and pretty helpful.

I noticed that your name is not on the list of competitors on the RUM website, are you still competing?

The squats started feeling easier as I went along. I think the extra volume will be good for me. I didn’t want to go too heavy today, I am planning a heavier pull on Tuesday.

My tendons held up pretty good today, I will be treating myself tonight with the lasers.

3rm pr. Had a little bit left over too. 645 would have went so im happy with this. Probably hit a heavy double next week and then move on to singles from there. I have to squat on thursday because of the xmas break so I hope im not too sore or beat up from this.
