Funny that you say that, cuz I really didnt make much progress at all up until the last like 4 months. Was crazy obsessed with form, didnt really set rep PR’s. Didnt make much progress. Gotten somewhat back on track recently.

didn’t manage a PR today although I doubled (easily) a rep PR the week before. I don’t think sumo is really easier for me, I just think with lighter weights it makes it easier due to ROM. I believe once the weight gets heavy, my inability to pull strong from the floor just kind of makes my entire deadlift null.
feeling a bit injured anyway. going to take a week off and start completely new the following week.
I’ll be at nats and continue with strongman in the future, but it’s time for a change.
