Went out and tested my 1rm and hit 205! Whoop whoop! I’m happy as tornado in a trailer park.
Yeah I know it’s quite a ways off my previous max but since I have not pulled conventional in quite some time, coupled with the fact that everything hip related is tight from yesterday’s farmers carry deal. I think this is awesome!
So… 75% of 205 will put the daily pulls at 155 I can live with that, for the first week anyways …lol until I start getting used to the movement again then I will get all twitchy. No need to lie to myself.
Now I just have to figured out the rest of the plan. ![]()

Keep practicing powercleans one or two days and in some front squats and BB rows you’ll be good,

PC told me so.
Also: don’t do them for high reps because bad things and reasons and stuff.
