There is rarely anyone in the gym when I go. Tonight two guys came in and I have seen one of them there before. He is the only friendly person I have met there. He askes about using the rack amd told go ahead I was just screwing around today, so he said thans and set the pins and loaded the bar. He does a warm up set and says something else, so I mention that they are supposed to be getting some new equipment. I say I hope they are getting some new barbells because I hate that old one is only 35lbs. He says what! I told him yeah go get the scale, I have weighed it. He goes and gets the scales and sees I am right. Completely ripped out his soul. Poor thing, this is why I can’t make friends in gym!
If someone already said this sorry, yet have you seen figure 8 straps? I myself am too dumb to figure out straps but these are foolproof. I use them for rdls and snatch grip stuff.
I have been checking them out on Amazon…lol And the hook straps too, to try and get away from pulling mixed grip so much. PowerPuff had once recommended some hook straps that she used.
I have regular straps. I’m just too dumb to use them properly. I have tried six ways from Sunday but just can’t seem to get them tight enough on the bar or something.
