Ring Work

I’ve looked around but can’t seem to locate a sample ring routine to supplment my program. I’m just simply looking to add a few new exercises to add to what I am already doing. I see a few sample exercises by simply doing the search function but nothing really consolidated as to a strategy how to incorporate it into a strength program (sets, duration, techniques, timing, etc.).

I thought they said they were going to write up an article with vids about the ring work that went on during BC2. That was some time ago though so its hard to say. Unless your name appears in yellow, its hard to get attention in the indigo spill.

Nothing has been posted yet. There’s been some general discussion. Learn the basic movements, front lever, back lever, dips, pullups, skin the cat

It’ll take some time to master these.

Here are where I got some ideas for myself. I play with my rings mostly during non-weight training days.
