Ring Routines?

Well, I’ve decided to start using my rings again, but I’m not sure what to do. Anyone have any workouts they would like to share? All I can think of right now is dips, pullups, pushups, ab fallouts

Muscleups, skin the cats, planks, etc.

Nah, I’m just kidding, but I would recommend picking up the book “Building the Gymnastic Body” or something like that, by Coach Sommers, good stuff in there, and it has progressions from super beginner all the way up to insanely difficult. The stuff in that book should last you a life time
