This is probably a simple stupid question but I’m on the last week of my first cycle of Rhodes 5x5/3/1 and for some reason, might be because the example used is the first week, but I have been doing 5’s all across the main lift. My question is it supposed to be 5’s or does it run like the original 5/3/1 just with extra sets?
Yes, you just do 5’s Pro for the Leaders. PR sets come into play in the Anchors.
There are actually a couple of ways to run the Anchors, one with PR sets and one where you do straight sets with heavier intensities.
