This is probably a simple one I cant seem to process right now. Better explained in an example rather than a question. What I’m thinking is:
Cycle 1 Leader
*5’s Pro Main
*FSL Supplemental Movement
Cycle 2 Leader
*5’s Pro Main
*FSL Supplemental Movement
Cycle 3 Anchor
*5’s Pro, PR Set, Jokers×5, 5×5 FSL Main
*FSL Supplemental Movement Optional
All based off 85% of TM.
The question really being, does this make sense?
Based off 85% the 5’s Pro should be easy going for the Leaders, so I’m wanting to go balls out (if I’m feeling it that day) on the anchors.
Alternatively, I was thinking picking 2 lifts on my anchor, and doing the pr/joker/fsl WITHOUT supplemental lift. And the other two lifts with JUST fsl WITH the supplemental lifts. Thoughts?
The way I understand leaders amd anchors they’re supposed to be cycles not
Weeks. So like it’ll be 3-8 weeks of leader followed by 3-8 weeks of anchor. Depending on where you deload and such.

Sorry that’s what I meant. I’m in the process of writing it out and look like a conspiracy theorist in my room with all the paper, sorry.
Questions stays the same though.
Okay I see what I did. Hold on, let me edit. Jeez. I need some coffee

Run the 5s pro at the different weekly weights. Don’t do 65-75-85 for example for the whole cycle. Drop the 5s pro and 5x5 fsl for the anchor. I personally would do PR sets and jokers for all lifts. But that’s personal preference. And if you fell one lift kind of robs another of energy or your recovery sucks then feel free to just push a few. That’s just my 0.02.

Okay, so cycles 1 & 2, run 5’s pro. I’m assuming without PR sets. (My understanding is that is 5/5/5, with the same increases in percentages weekly as regular 5/3/1 right?)
Cycle 3, drop to regular 5/3/1, go for a PR set, Jokers, then FSL.
