Bartl is cooking. He may be able to tone down the unhealthiness of it if you beg. It’s what you want versus what 3 ladies want. That said, it is likely cheat meal for you. 90/10 rule.
We will discuss alternatives when you arrive on Friday. Eat clean this week so you can cheat Sat night. You can go back to clean eating Sunday morning.
Oooooooo girl, your cold business like tone of voice gives me a 2x4. Can I get your number?

I’m so pissed that I went back a page and read all this talk about food. Hell, do I have the option of buying some food to cook for myself, or am I being forced into cheatdom?
I’m looking forward to meeting all of you folks, and I’ll make sure to clean myself up so I dont end up looking like this guy.
Do I sense some resistance to my erection making enchilidas? I mean, I have women who are dying for some bartl. I mean, if you want me to take them both by myself, I will oblige.
Suck it up. You have Timmy’s that morning too mind you, so saturday is going to be one hell of a cheat day.
So clearly I am stressed out about the meet. It’s how I deal with things though… I get stressed out and anxious and it builds the excitement. Then, come game day, I’m all business and the stress goes away. I stop thinking at that point and just do. That said, I had a really crazy dream early this morning:
I woke up at 6 almost in tears. I’d been having a dream about Saturday. In it, after my first squat attempt everyone seems to disappear. So I hear that I’m the next lifter when the person before me is going. I’m not wrapped, in fact I don’t even know where my wraps are. Nobody is around - none of the Niagara guys, not Bartl or Sayjin, or even Ouro. The only person is my best friend who, in that situation, is about as useful as tits on a bull.
Anyways, I’m stressing and panicing and trying to wrap myself for a 275 attempt. I’m shaking so bad that I drop my wraps like 3 times and then it’s my turn to go. In my rush to get ready I’ve actually tried wrapping myself with what looks to be a sock or a torn t-shirt. I’m still not wrapped fully, but instead of the usual 1 minute, they put up 5 and tell me they’ll announce when I have one minute left.
So I relax a little and try to rewrap with my real wraps. I’m finally wrapped, just need to put on my belt and look up at the timer to see 9 seconds. Anyways, I miss my attempt but before the buzzer goes I say “you never told me when I had 1 min!”. So the head judge agrees and decides to award me white lights and tells me to submit my next attempt.
I’m pretty much in tears at this point and go outside to find all the Niagara guys, Ouro and Bartl having a beer from one of the Niagara guy’s truck. I tell my handler (Matt) what happened and tell him I need my sheet for my next attempt. He gives it to me and while I’m in line to hand it in, I realize it says 310. I run back out and yell at him telling him it has to be in kg. He says to do the conversion in my head.
Go back in line and try to look at someone’s lb to kg chart to put it in. I go to give it and the chick I’m handing it to says the judges changed their minds so I have to do 275 for my 3rd attempt. At this point I wake up. Fucked up.

Gord Downie, Princess Leah and Miss Piggy actually did burn my house down. He tried to give me a head’s up but who the hell can understand what that guy is saying.

That’s kind of how it is when you get pg, and then give birth…you have nine/ten months to freak out, then it’s game day…
By the way ladies, I will be providing you all with dinner time entertainment.
I’m 200lbs and 12% body fat. I enjoy long walks on the beach, canned pumpkin and doing supine glute bridges to lovely ladies. I’ve also been told that I resemble Barack Obama with a six-pack.

See you in the hot tub.
Canned pumpkin? I must say that is the most intriguing thing you’ve said. Is it a miracle food I should be aware of? Seriously.
While Ouro and Sayjin discuss the benefits of canned pumpkin, I’m going to bring the WSFL conversationi back to my thread instead of continuing to hijack sbm’s.
I just looked at the Ontario PL website and see that they’ve updated it with meets. They’ve changed when Ontario provincials are this year which means all the meets have moved around.
Jan24 - Niagara
Feb - London
March21 - Golden Triangle (Cambridge)
April25 - St. Thomas
June - Power Pit (Belle River)
July18 - Iron Federation (Ottawa)
Sept - Junior/Master Provincials
Nov - Open Provincials
Given that I’m leaving the country sometime in August I clearly miss provincials. That said I have some things I’d like to do before I leave: Improve my measly bench, get into some equipment… at least a squat suit.
Looking at timing and allowing myself to properly train for and peak, I’d likely look at 2 more meets before I leave and they would probably be the ones in April and July. There will be 12 training weeks between Niagara and St. Thomas. Do I want to give up 4 weeks of training for WSFL? I don’t know. Bartl has some convincing to do. I mean it’s not like I’m training for a triathlon or something…
In other news… no stress dreams last night I only peed 7 times between 10pm-7am… what a pain in the ass! However when I weighed myself this morning I was at 67.7kg. I’d like to weigh in a little under 67.5 on my scale just in case. I think it’s about half a pound heavy, but you never know.
I went to see my super ART guy yesterday and got all fixed up. When I told him where my shoulder was sore though I almost had a stroke cuz of the look on his face. He tested all my movement patterns though and said it’s just “a mess” from training so he cleaned it up. He did the same for my hips and fuck were they ever tight! Not only that but he always tries to have conversations when his hands are down my pants and he’s hurting me. Yep, that sounded bad, but it’s true.
He’ll be there on Saturday and said if he sees anything that looks off about my movements he’ll come and help me. Or if I’m sore/tight anywhere he won’t do ART but will help in other ways. I think in a round about way he was offering sex since he seems awfully impressed with my squat attempts, but I may have been reading too much into it

If it doesn’t serve a purpose you will probably be miserable the whole time. Maybe you should save it for after your first semester of grad school. Unless you are super diligent, you will have hardly had any time to make it to the gym or cook a decent meal. You may really need it then.

I dont think its a miracle food, but you can mix it in with your shakes, make healthy desserts with them, and its a good way to up your fiber while keeping your carbs low,

Holy schedule change batman. I’m trying to think of what ones I’d do. The Feb and March ones would be out. Maybe June/July/Sept. Maybe the April one but that would be pretty exhausting. If I don’t do that one, I could go and handle your shit.

That looks like a pretty stacked schedule, should you choose to compete in all of them. Good luck with training, but I’m sure you won’t need luck, because you’re just good like that. And good luck with school.

I don’t think anyone could be properly trained/rested to do all of them. It would get to a point where you wouldn’t be making any progress because you’d just keep cycling for your next meet.
Thanks for the school wishes. I’m actually heading to Nashville Feb 6-8 for a visit and will be deciding either the 9th/10th in order to get my shit together in time for the due dates. Still leaning for Cali, but we shall see. I am appeasing my mom by making this trip, but you never know what might happen. She’s travelling with me so we’re bound to have a few laughs.
I feel rather cow-ish today. I don’t have a scale so I don’t know if I actually am cow-ish or just feel it. I had to drive about 2h45min yesterday for work. In that time I had to stop twice. Once I needed gas, but I really really needed to pee.
The second time I literally was 5min from my hotel, but I wasn’t sure how long it would take me to check in and reach my room and I wasn’t confident in my ability to not pee my pants. I drank 8L though!
I’m at the hotel again all day today, but I cooked yesterday before I came. My bosses and our client were more interested in WHY I was eating all my own food yesterday rather than what was there for us instead of pushing me to eat what they did. It was slightly surprising, but really nice. I’m heading home late tonight and will likely be home around midnight.
Tomorrow Bartl comes and I’m pretty excited (to say the least). I can’t believe how quickly this week seems to have gone! I’ll know tomorrow morning how my weight actually is and then I’ll be messaging PMPM and my Niagara guys to see when I should stop eating and drinking on Friday. I’ve already warned Bartl and Sayjin of my likely raging bitch that will be out Friday night due to not eating and being stressed. They’re big boys - hopefully they can handle it

Awesome, sounds like yall will have a good time, and I hope your decision for school comes easy to you and is not a stressful ordeal.
