Easily. She’s only now finally getting serious.

This is easily settled by a 3-some, sorry sayjin…you can watch though, or whoever has the highest combined weight of their lifts gets me.

Im ok with watching, because watching would be just like looking at a porno, and my girlfriend is ok with that.

I’d just have to make sure to fold my arms and look on angrily so no one can say that I enjoyed it.

…but I’ll also have to bring along my personal assistant to make sure that you are somehow blocked out at all times. Sorry, Chris.

Two words. The second one is ‘puh-leeze!’. The first rhymes with gitch.

So I just got home after spending the weekend with my brother at college in the US. Went to both of his hockey games and spent last night partying with him and his teammates after their game. Suffice to say when my mother woke me up this morning to leave I was still drunk.

I haven’t lifted since Wednesday and am looking forward to the gym tomorrow. Technically I could make it to my gym today before it closes, however a. I’m tired after driving 5.5 hours and not getting enough sleep last night and b. I have to go to the grocery store as well as to pick up my puppy from where she was boarding this weekend.

PS. I cannot get over the portion sizes in restaurants in the states.

I have a new crush. Eric Cressey.

I got Magnificent Mobility when I was visiting my brother this weekend and spent some time last night doing it. Hopefully my body will start loving me.

But seriously, he’s so sexy.

It’s the rosy red cheeks, isn’t it?

What is Magnificent Mobility? For some reason, I get a mental image of Fabio on a horse. Am I totally off the mark?

Hahaha something like that. Sayjin suggested I send an email to Eric telling him I thought he was sexy. I drafted one and sent it to Sayjin to laugh at… it was very sexual and inappropriate yet highly entertaining… something about how I was going to use my newfound mobility and flexibility hahaha.

But on a more serious note, it’s basically dynamic mobility exercises. We all know how tight my back and hips are so I’m hoping regular usage of this will help and my body will stop acting like that of a 95 year old woman. Plus the more I use the DVD, the more I can stare at Eric.

I was looking at his ‘cheeks’ but didn’t realize they were rosy red… oh wait, are you referring to the ones on his face?

One of Cressey’s babies: http://www.magnificentmobility.com/

Honestly, sticking to MagMo for a few months made a difference in my long-standing low-back pain being entirely alleviated. I swear by it, rosy cheeks and all.

If anyone already has the DVDs, be sure to email EC for the manual.

Yes, the ones on his face. As for the other cheeks, you keep to yourself with that.

Hey you know that Sayjin is trying to intern at Cressey’s place next semester? Hope he gets it, then you can make some visits out there and see EC in person.

Why do you think I’m friends with Sayjin? hahaha.

Sayjin I’m kidding. I love you for you.

So I had a shitty workout. Then I got in a shitty fight with shitty RG. Then I played shitty at volleyball. All in all a pretty fantastic night.

I’m going to bed. Tomorrow can’t be any worse.

Yes it could - you could wake up and realize that you’re me.

Or you could find out through the grapevine that you’ve been dumped (for no explained reason) from a competition list.

Wait, that’s been fixed. Sorry you had a total shit night.

Well I didn’t sprout any additional sex organs last night, and looking at the Niagara list I’m still on it, so today is starting out alright. A friend that I met at university is in town today so him and I are going to lunch. It’ll be nice to see him and laugh given that I still kind of want to punch someone (anyone) in the face. Or kick them in the teeth. Either or.

There’s something in the air.
