I don’t think I have ever eaten a whole pizza mroe than a couple of times, and afterwards I felt like complete crap. I am a pussy when it comes to eating, it’s a miracle how I have gotten to 220 pounds.

I find it odd how a lot of you guys hate on IIFYM on a daily (Fitting in SMALLLLLLL …SMALLLLL…SMALLLL amounts of “dirty” food into daily macros) …yet, you’re completely cool with having all out cheat days or meals consisting of boatloads of “dirty” food in a sitting…

You have a point.
Though I don’t know what IIFYM means.
I thought that this thread might bring wacko facko out of his cave.

If It Fits Your Macros. IIFYM.
I don’t think I hate on that.
IIFYM, isn’t that the whole point?
Last Sunday I made a load of gluten-free blueberry muffins, using coconut flour, coconut oil, low fat coconut milk, banana whey, egg whites, blueberries, baking powder, etc. All sounds really healthy, right? And you’re right, it is. But eat as much as I did, especially after my usual large dinner following a 20-hour fast and was I miserable the next day!!! In the toliet every few hours and horrific excess gas like I’ve never experienced since I had dysentery in India! Made worse since I was at a training course and having to ‘hold’ and then ‘deflate’ at frequent intervals in the toilets! Never again!
The moral of the story? Too much of a good thing is bad for you!

Because I don’t like to think that IIFMM that there isn’t a better way to eat. That said, if I want to eat some junk, I eat some junk and move on.
Also, not trying to start a debate with you. Just answering what was probably a rhetorical question, with my thoughts on the matter.
I remember once that Christian Thibaudeau said to my son that a perfect cheat meal is not to eat a lot of crap, like junk food, but larger portions than usual of healthy stuff.

Oh man that’s hard. I’d just call that a refeed, and cheat will still be beer and pizza on Saturday night.
My average cheat meal would take up an entire memory card on an average digital camera.
I go to an all-you-can-eat sushi place, and stay until the service deteriorates, until the wait-staff avoids me, or until I’m asked to leave.
Try it, it’s fun! Case in point, last week, a popular sushi joint in the GTA, renowned for its high quality and excellent service. I was warmly greeted and received my first order of Green Lucky Dragon Fortune Rolls (or whatever) on a very ornate Japanese plate.
The excellent service continued for my first few orders, but after my 9th order of Spicy Happy Luck Salmon Rainbow Rolls, it became clear to the staff that I wasn’t going anywhere. The quality of the plates themselves deteriorated on each subsequent order, eventually culminating in what looked like something you’d find in the Ikea bargain bin.
The waitresses became scarcer and scarcer, to the point where I had to physically leave my table and waddle over to find them…no small feat with 7 kg of rice and fish in your stomach!
Finally after two hours, the manager came over to me and informed me that it was time to leave. “I think you’ve had enough” he said, and then pointed to a tiny disclaimer on the menu in size 4 font that read “120 minute dining limit please”.
Can’t really blame them, I think I alone took about 17% off their 3rd Quarter profits for 2012

Good stuff, my buddy is exactly this way (and it’s led to us being explicitly ‘unwelcomed’ at a local spot that did eventually go under)
If you’re ever in Henderson, NV (closest and largest vegas suburb) you’ll find that most AYCE sushi spots employ a different strategy: as the clocks ticks on, nigiri sushi is served on increasingly smaller portions of rice. Its almost as if they’re trying to beat you at your own game.
And it certainly works - one such episode left me so full that my body was forced into nap/digestion mode (ie. fetal position in a dark corner) at about 10pm on a saturday night on the vegas strip. Turns out my buddy and his wifey had similarly passed out for digestion purposes, and they don’t have to wonder why I often decline to join them on such excursions since that fateful eve…

7kg? Surely you ingest?
