Return of the cheat meal thread

I’ve been doing 1-3 cheat meals per week lately. As such, I don’t go all out with them due to the frequency.

Today I had a lot of splenda vanilla ice cream with captain crunch poured on top, 3 slices cinnamon bread, and a big ol’ bowl of Hamburger Helper.

Today for lunch I went to Fazoli’s…
biggest portion of chicken alfredo they had
2 pieces of pizza
10< breadsticks

two days ago at La Parilla

1 enchilada
1 challupa
1 bean burrito
mexican rice
a shit ton of chips and cheese dip with steak, chicken and shrimp in it
a shit ton of guacamole and chips
a shit ton of salsa and chips
2 beers

I believe strongly that if you are doing great for a while and really just feel down and out then go for the cheat meal. Anyway, after reading what a crumpet is, “A thick, flat, savory cake” it sounds delicious. I hope you gain 20lbs and keel over for making me think about these evil things. D:< Happy trails mate
