I do have experience somewhat. I’m on TRT… that and I’ve run a few very light cycles (enough to garner me testosterone levels above the normal range, but not significantly so) in the past. I’ll probably hop on again in the very near future.
I’ve also (briefly) used anavar, shot my BP through the roof… I have reason to suspect it wasn’t anavar.
Never felt any anti inflammatory benefits of ass, though I’d bet there are quite a few lol. Just kidding, I’ve used nandrolone phenylpropionate very briefly, worked wonders for my joint pain. However the potential neuropsychiatric and cardiotoxic effects of nandrolone (and 19-nors in general) put me off and I threw it out… shame now as I’m suffering tremendously.
This is good, however most who hop on… stay on, the results are far too intoxicating to walk away from, in which case living til 100 would be highly unlikely if you were to continually cycle over the next 40-50-60 years.
head over to r/steroids, not “seasoned juiced heads”, but guys who use tremendous doses for no reason are highly prevalent on there (think like 1-3000mg/wk, one dude I just saw commented on running 7000mg tren/wk)

Yes you’re probably stronger than the average couch potato or desk jockey… the first time I deadlifted after my 6 year break from lifting due to working my guts out for 6 years straight I pulled 315x6 natty which is OK.
but I’ve jackhammered, swung sledges, pick axed, shoveled, carried cinderblocks, carried buckets filled with concrete and mud ect ect ALL DAY until my hands and fingers were swollen, my elbows cried out and my clavicles screamed in agony from carrying two full 5 gallon buckets of mud all day and two big 12” or 16”in cinderblocks everyday 6-7 days a week.
You believing a hard manual labor job is going to get you jacked is like believing running will get your legs HUGE just because they get sore from being worked and fatigued. It doesn’t work like that.
Size and strength are built in other mechanisms in my opinion. #1 Genetics #2 Proper Training #3 Proper Diet #4 Proper Sleep Patterns #5 (optional) Substance Use.

My stats before starting cycle:
Max bench 205x3 (thats pathetic lol)
Max squat 315x8
Max dead 315x12 or 405x1 and the 405x1 I was seeing stars and almost fainting LOL
10 weeks into first cycle 6’00 and 233lbs (obviously a lot is water weight and glycogen retention) I eat like a fucking horse, I also found for some reason my body loves rice more than white potatoes. I’m always fuller and stronger when I’m eating rice.
My current lifts as of now:
Max bench 275x6 and 315x1
Max squat 325x17 and 440x1
Max dead 325x20 and 485x1
Considering my older brother has never ran a single cycle with a Max Bench of 365x1 and a deadlift of 525x1 he makes me feel like shit and question why I have chose to use already AAS considering I could probably achieve all that naturally.
I wish I could take time off so i could finish my cycle without having to go to work. I dont like it eaither but my job makes me money lol. Im eating about 5-6000 caloaries a day while at work and i said im eating 250 g of protein a day its more like maybey 400 g a day. I am off till mon then im going to a different jobsite on mon that is supposely gonna be less phusical demading. Who was that guy that use to workout with Arnold that was a brick layer? He still managed to get pretty jacked
Actually aside from the gear and the past training experience. I’d hypothesise an intensive manual labour job would be why he can DL 315x6, such a lift isn’t impressive by any means, but isn’t exactly “he’s never stepped foot in a gym before” esp by natty standards. Someone would have to be training deadlifts specifically for at least 3-6 months (if they’re light say less than 170lb) to be able to accomplish this
I could only pull 100kg the first time I tried (bw of around 130lb at the time), this was many years ago. 315x6 is absolutely not bad for someone who hasn’t trained in 6mths, though I’d stipulate it’s due to his manual job

Are you sure you’re getting in this many calories? How do you know, do you track your macros and weigh your food everyday?
I ask because I like to eat, and I eat big, but I struggle to hit 4000 calories, without having at least 1 or 2 junk meals a day, it would be near enough impossible to hit 5-6000 calories in a day and I weigh almost 20lbs more than you.

Look, if you eat everything in sight you can probs gain about 20lbs of muscle (yes, literature does back this as being possible for unexperienced) trainees and 15-20lbs of fat, lose 5-7 lbs during pct (lean tissue) if pct is done correctly, leading to about 12-15lbs lean mass kept, still about 4-6x what could be achieved naturally (1-2lbm/mth with perfect training and diet) for a newbie… puberty is a different story, mad gainz for some who take advantage of that
So with my penute butter sanwiches im adding alot of jelly hone, im drinking a gollon of milk a day ussually 2 percent but sometimes vitimin d . My meals go like this.
5 am protein shake 50 g weigh
6 45 15 minutes before work i eat my eggs bacon burritto wrap. 10:00 break pepperoni and turkey sandwich with extra mayo, 1 bannan hanfull of penuts 50 g of weigh. 12:00 Lunch huge penut butter jellie sanwhich 1 yopalt yogurit hand of penuts 50g weigh. 330 quiting time 1 scoop of weigh. 530 I eat a big delisious dinner not worrying about all the calories i consume here. But since im drinking a gallon of milk a day im getting lots of carbs and the milk so i try to limit my carbs to clean carbs such as using 100 percent whole weat bread of yea i eat a hefty bowl of spinich usaully once a day drowned in ranch. At 5 30 i start pounding milk every 2 -3 hours 20 ounces at a time but not before mixing the first 20 ounces with weigh. Until i fall asleep ( i wake up frequently thru night) if I do its usaully been 2 hours so I go to the fridge and drink more milk, eat small snacks. My snacks after my 530 dinner usaully include 1 banna few hard boiled eggs , glass of milk, yogart, 2 teaspoons penut butter, or hard boiled eggs. If I cant fall asleep before midnight im eating sometime 10 meals throught the day and night
