On main line in prison I was a cook for a few years in the kitchen used to count my calories, plan my meals after years of doindg it and reading about the importance of remaining in an anabolic state. If your not in an anobolic state ur in a catabolic state I dont see why I cant keep my body in an anabolic state while eating numerous calories (mostly clean) combined with my occupation, and training I will lose all body fat and actually build muscle while losing fat.( Even on the drol)
