Im not going all out balls to the wall training I dont do burnouts I dont go heavy peroid! I stay in the sweet cusp even on roids when lifting why go hard and heavy dont need to I get results fast naturally not going heavy staying mostly in the high rep range.

It’s somewhat funny how in the majority of his photos he’s flipping off the audience, showcasing the mentality of a drunken 17-18 year old boy on a night out feeling like king shit (soooooo many of these dumbass photos litter my facebook feed), typically with a quote like “loose night out with the lads #sickunits”, followed with a photo of a bunch of dudes all huddled together, leaning on one another to keep themselves afloat, eyes half open and flipping off the camera.
If you’re doing something that could potentially damage you’re future by going public of give one a criminal record (case in point… these photos of which have many identifying markers present) then the “leave the least amount of evidence possible” motto is pivotal.

I havent moved past 35 pound dumbell incline bench. I do all dumbell work
5 incline presses
5 flys dumbell.
4 sets of leg lifts 4 sets of crunches high rep.
Arms. I always do seated and start my curls with 25 and end with 35s high rep paramiding down to 6 sets just blast them!!! High rep holding contaction starting with palms faceing me and while I bring the weight up twisting on my way up so kinda like arnold talks about.

super off topic dude but I’m curious as to how you’re experience with low dose methandienone was. Of whatever you managed to accrue, how much immediately dissipated upon cessation of use (regarding gains in muscular mass, strength and the “look” one gets when on).
I was thinking I’d either use testosterone propionate solo (high dose, say 300mg/wk), TRT + 100mg NPP (seems like a bad idea given the neuro+cardiac sides of nandrolone) or TRT + 10-15mg dbol/day for 4-5 wks to recover to my original state (and perhaps even add a few lbs of lean mass) at a faster rate.

Im happer with getting to my genitic potentional and trying to remain there without cycling. If I occassionally need to do a cycle to remain there fine. I dont plan on stopping workingout once Im off cycle unless im unforunate and get injured. Im going to remain active and working out until im 100 years old.
Im hoping to back on 40 pounds of muscle with this stack as I am a first time steroid user. Im hoping to be 200 shredded by the end of pct

Have you ever had the pleasure of trying to revovery from a workout on cycle. If the answer is no… Just stop bro unless you have first hand experience such as weight training/revovery or have felt the anti inflammotory wonders on ass. You could sit here and qoute whoever you want or go off from what you hear and site other peoples studies but unless you have ran a cycle… You dont know anything about how aas makes you feel bro
