Here im on day 14. First cycle but know my body and my compounds well. Im excited to see what 16 weeks brings me. i chose 16 week cuzzz eq takes a long time to start kicking in. I think around week 3 when the drol is ate up the eq and test will start kicking in. Ive read numerous studies about the benifit ofrofrunning eq cycles towars the longer ins. Im not woried about how I look what u cant see is my muscel true size or my actual definition cuzz the drol has my swolled up. Started at 162. Im 178 now 13 days later. No ai, no nolva , no serms, just milk thistle and fish oil. Got tons of accsees to steroids with my boys and serms, ai’s blah blah blah. But fuck… I dont need to take anything as I as of so far experienced no sides just new vains and musles. When i worked out few years ago I was chopped naturally 29 inch waist 16 1/2 inch arms naturally. I am able to go from looking like shit naturally to being shredded in 75 days naturally. I cant wait to fucking see my results after pct.
OP attitude all wrong.
Good luck hope it goes well for you. But from going from not lifting for a while to start lifting on roids straight away is crazy. Obviously likes easy way out of everything. Bet he cheats at monopoly.
Debatable, there are certain instances in which (relatively low end) pharmacologic doses of anabolic steroids can aid in recovery. Post injury/surgery, catabolic states (say illness induced weightless). Granted I wouldn’t say you’d need 540mg/wk for said instances, something like a low dose of an oral (with TRT) for a few weeks would likely suffice (or 300 test/wk for 10 wks or so). If OP isn’t on TRT however it’s debatable whether this would be worth it.
HGH could also be argued in such a case, however the lack of affordability and inherently higher risks in the acute setting makes it somewhat less justifiable.
What I wonder about quite a bit nowadays regarding AAS is individualistic response regarding development of long term cardiac autonomic dysfunction. AAS def alters cardiac vagal tone and up-regulates sympathetic nervous system activity. Over time this may predispose one to lethal arrythmia. Interestingly, a new study on AAS users regarding cardiac structure and function (only abstract currently released) demonstrates impaired cardiac function and dimensions, however these dimensions (on average) appear to be within normal limits. I have reason to believe (based on case reports and literature) that while AAS use (within reason) will still induce and exacerbate cardiac hypertrophy induced by exercise (via direct and indirect mechanisms), the extreme levels of enlargement some experience may be influenced largely by genetics.
OP says “training on gear is better than training natty”… no it fucking isn’t, training on gear might be more fun and/or worthwhile in terms of observable results, however gear dramatically impairs various healthy aspects of training (vasodialation/BP drop in response to exercise is impaired by AAS, autonomic dysregulation leads to increased risk of life threatening arrhythmia and impairs post exercise HR recovery, reduced overall antioxidant capacity within the body further predisposing one to oxidise stress and free radicals produced during high intensity exercise). Sure, there are supplements, medications and precautions one can take to lessen risks, however the original dude is wrong about training on juice being better
Then you’ve got the haematological risks (increase RBC/HCT from drol+eq combo) predisposing one to stroke and/or mycardial infarction and clotting, hepatic dysfunction/damage, renal dysfunction/damage (typically long term), abnormal lipid profiles, neurological sides and more…
I’m sure you’ll be able to do it. Question is whether it’s worth it.
Look, you don’t look terrible to start with (not for someone who is into bodybuilding or anything), but in general you look like genetically (esp in the arm department) not too shabby. I’d attribute it however to you’re manually intensive job. I have a mate who’s a tradie, first time he ever got under a bench he did 80kg, a month later he hit 100kg (225lb) at a bodyweight of about 155 lbs, the kid is strong as an ox from working with his hands 10-12hrs/day (that and he was a gymnast for quite a few years as a child)
However the notion of you cycling at this point was unwarranted. What exactly was you’re rationale here. Why hadn’t you worked out for 6 months?
This isn’t entirely true btw, anabolic steroids cause a rapid gain in muscular tensile strength absent of tendon strengthening, thus if you go all out on AAS, chances are you’ll tear a tendon. Tendons take a while to gain strength. Should also be noted anabolic steroids may directly weaken tendons, making them more prone to rupture. Moreso with certain compounds
