What is your recomendation on rep/set volume while on the Anaconda protocol?
It has been discussed before to be somewhere in the 24-50 range for maximum hypertrophy.
Does this theory change with Anaconda in the picture?
Honestly, in my whole life I never really planned in advance the number of reps to do in a workout. I always autoregulated (adjusted the volume depending on my physiological state on that day).
