Rep/set Schemes

Ive heard the rep and set schemes for strength are go low reps (heavy weight) and high sets. is that true? if im playin ball i should do that right? (if its correct info)

what are the rep and set schemes for mass, endurance, etc? just wondering thank you

Yes to #1 in general

#2 should you do that depends what is your training age prior experience etc. If young in under the bar time Id say no go higher rep. You’ll gain strength all around including in places much needed like tendons, joints etc.

if you were to jump in and consistantly go heavy with little or no prior experience your just asking for injury.
