I want and I think need to get away from standard weightlifting/bodybuilding for awhile. I need a bit of input. I want to do 4 exercises. Deadlift, powerclean, snatch and overhead squat. Being the dual personality dude that I am, I am arguing with myself. 1 says heaviest to lightest, dead PC, snatch and overhead squat,(those two close, learning technique), the other dude in my head says "most technically diff to least, snatch, overhead, power clean, then dead. Who should I listen to? interesting approach yesterday, did 2sets of each, throwing in a set of chins here and there, between sets of the same exercise for the most part. Went to read for a 1/2 hour and repeated. strength on all held. Maybe a Saturday afternoon routine, 3x??
Is this going to be your only routine or just on Saturday’s? I don’t think you should do all 4 of those in the same workout. What are your goals? Give us some info.
