Frequent and Furious

Posting this on here since I didn’t get any response on the Dog Pound:

Ok, so I’m thinking about starting this up tomorrow. Has anyone done this kind of program in the past? Also, how would you go about incorporating chinups into the program? I’m thinking of just having a short ancillary day where I perform chins and some direct bicep and forearm work. Or would that be adding too much?

I Read the article and noticed that there was no mention of rest breaks between sets. What would you be using? I imagine the lighter days wouldn’t require as much rest as the heavier but I think it was a big faux-pas by the author.
