About 3 weeks ago I began cutting trying to lose some fat. Today was my 3rd fullbody w/o of the week and I noticed that I have began getting weaker not being able to lift the same weight as before. My question is when I get to my ideal weight would it be easier to progress to the weight I once lifted?
Second question is pretty dumb but I told my brother I would ask. If someone lifts light, say 3x8 and 4x12 could beginning to lift heavy and intense cause someone to break out? insulin raise, test raise?
