After 5 Months Off...

I’ve become weak. and small. Its a disgrace.

You guys have any tips on regaining strength you’ve already built before? Is it any different or easier or is it going to be just as hard this time around?

Muscle memory is on your side. It should not take as long as the first time around. You have two choices, do a search on this site and find a good program or if you were happy with your past results, do what got you results in the past.

Make sure you are eating and resting enough, lift hard and heavy, and be consistent. Welcome back.

Yeah, it’ll be easier to make progress now than when you first started, depending on where you were when you stopped. (And began, for that matter)

Anyway, nail a good program, good diet, plenty of rest and you’ll be back to where you left off pretty soon.

thanks modi feels good to be back.

I’ll probably start with 5x5 stuff, more strength stuff until i’m satisfied, and eventually start concentrating on how i look. Right now i’m looking real hard at that forearm/grip article. My hands are a problem, i can’t hold enough to challenge myself on back day.
