Last Heavy Pull Session: Work up to goal for meet. All of this is basically for motivation.
Sumo Pull from 2" Block: I was pretty damn spent from the Squat session and was very sore and tight still. I know I could have performed better than I did to day but, gives me a lot of motivation pulling what I did beat up. So come meet day I should be good for a little more.
135 for 3 sets of 5
185 for 5
225 for 5
275 for 5
315 for 5
365 for 3
405 for 3
455 for 3
500 for 2
550 for 1
600 for 1- Photo attached is of this at lockout. 5x45’s 2x25’s and 1x2.5 on each side.
Good luck at your meet, Reed.
You’ve been killing your training. No doubt, due for some strong numbers.
Meet goals?
The 600 deadlift is so close!!!

Thanks man I am doing everything I have been told to.

Openers: 550/ 290/ 560/ 1400
2nd Attempts: 580/ 300/ 590/ 1470 Elite Total
If all the stars align: 600/ 310/ 605/ 1515
@ 198 cutting from about 215. Obviously numbers will change as I go depending on how I feel but these are what I would love to see But I strongly think I am good for just over 600 in the Squat/ 310 on a amazing day/ and 620 on a actual deadlift bar as all mine is off a standard power bar.
As for the Squat I feel 600 is a go right now and that’s with a shitty walk out, no pre workout “supps” or anything. This meet is out of a mono, a good last week of and day of specific supps, Sam Byrd wrapping me, and a serious adrenaline rush from the meet and Ill kill 600.
Bench is always my weak link if I hit 310 Ill be very very happy.

I really think with the adrenaline and the pre pull prep 600 will go and possibly even my second attempt and looking for 6+ on my last.
Good luck ![]()
Training looks great, attempt jumps look on the mark. Injury nagging ya at all?
Looking forward to seeing how ya do. good luck big man!
Damn guys thanks I really didn’t think this many guys really followed me this close. Really motivating actually almost feel like I have even more of reason to do awesome just nit to let any of you down.
Double Lung- Yeah everything is ok. Shoulder is still weird takes a good 30 mins to be able to get into a low bar position comfortably but ok. Still having slight issues with the Bench because of it but at least in breaking ground again.

I just got some TB500, maybe that may help that nagging injury of yours. Not real cheap stuff but much less then the deductable for RC surgery.
Good luck man! Been seeing a lot of your posts with lots of progress. Numbers are looking great.
