Heavy Comp Bench Day: Still trying to improve my form and I think I am really finding a stance that I like. I finally hit 315 again no questions asked. It was touch and go but for the past 6 months it has been touch and staple lol.

Still not the prettiest but this is a quick view of how awesome Sam Byrd-Esq really is when it comes to making you Squattin machine. My tech still needs great work but in less than 4 months time I have went from 405 for 5 at 225lbs body weight to 405 for 13 and 500 for 5 both in the same session at 210 bodyweight.

Speed Pulls, Upper Back and a update photo showing that I am not as fat as I was a few months ago. Photo was taken 30 mins ago after morning shower. I am sitting about 212 in the mornings on Low Carb days and 216 this morning after slamming 300 Carbs after training last night.
