Double Lung- Yeah everything is ok. Shoulder is still weird takes a good 30 mins to be able to get into a low bar position comfortably but ok. Still having slight issues with the Bench because of it but at least in breaking ground again.
I just got some TB500, maybe that may help that nagging injury of yours. Not real cheap stuff but much less then the deductable for RC surgery.
Your the 5th person to tell me about it lol I guess if I can justify paying for Tren I can afford this stuff lol

All next week will be a sight deload no more than 60% on any of the big lifts and high volume beach muscle shit for the rest.

Tonight was probably a huge mistake and possibly ficked myself for the meet but, hopefully not. I went pretty heavy on Deadlifts even though I shouldnt have this close to a meet but oh well what can I say… I like heavy deadlifts.

Reverse Band Deadlifts with Mini Bands. Set up to take off roughly 100lbs in the bottom and almst completely deload at the top.
135 for 10
225 for 2 sets of 8
315 for 5
405 for 5
495 for 3
590 for 1

640 for 1
670 for 2 failed attempts barely missing at lock out

Change to Conventional
405 for 3
495 for 2
585 for 1
610 for 1
645 missed.

I am stupid stupid stupid for this but oh well take it easy this week. Come back one week from the meet and take 550 and 575 on Squat and ill be happy.

Meet prep is looking awesome, love the intensity. Always enjoyed your no bs advice on these boards. Hitting PRs a few weeks out from a meet can mean only good things!

Had a amazing day to day. I bought a Monolift today for a amazing steal $1500 talked it way down. I am absolutely stocked its probably the most expensive thing I have bought in my life.

Heavy Bench Day. Today was supposed to be a light training day but, my coach said everything was moving so fast hat I needed to milk it. So thats what I did and hit PRs in total weight, reps, and volume all around. BestBench session I have ever had.

Bench Press:
50 for 10
100 for 10
140 for 5
190 for 5
230 for 5
280 for 3 sets of 6. : Previous best is 275 for 5 for only 2 sets - Rep, Weight, Volume, and Speed PR. Video is set 3.

305 for 3 almost 4 touch and go- This was supposed to be 295 but you can see Tony throw extra weight on when I am setting up so I didnt notice. - Rep PR for this weight by 2

  • Add 3 Board -
320 for a double- Weight and Rep PR to this Board by 1. No Video unfortunately.

  • Remove Board -
    210 for 17 reps 2 paused 1 rep PR
    - YouTube

Thanks man I am glad I could help make your stay here a bit more entertaining. Pretty flattering that out of all the great things on this board my log was the first place you ever posted. Dont know if it was intentional but, thanks for taing the time to notice and say a few kind words. Thank you and hope you stick around.

Very low volume opener week and I murdered that shit lol. Hate to sound cocky and douchish, but to night I squat more than I have ever had on my back and did it with style and ease. Very motivated now.

Squat:
140 for 3 sets of 10
190 for 10
230 for 5
280 for 3
320 for 3
370 for 3

  • add light self wraps -
    410 for 1
    470 for 1
550 for 2. I seriously thought I was going to get stapled here and it was one of the easiest squats I have ever taken but, I psyched myself out. I planned on barely grinding 1 but it was so easy I took another and was just as easy. I should have hit 3 and 4 with a grind was possible but, this wassupposed to be a easy session so I just racked it at 2.

High Volume Bench

Bench Press plus Black and Red Minis about 180-200lbs band tension.
45 for 2 sets of 5
95 for 2 sets of 5
135 for 3 sets of 3
185 for 2 sets of 2

  • add sling shot-
    205 for 2 sets of 3
  • remove bands -
    225 for 14 reps
    185 for 23 reps

Wide Pulldowns:
8 sets of 8 with 200

Hey man. I was just lurking around on here as usual, and saw some of your posts. Don’t know a lot of guys online from Tennessee that are in to lifting like we are. Just wanted to tag along and see what’s up in here. Looking strong man.
