Red Flower Oil

Just thought I would pass this along to my fellow over 35ers as I feel there is real benefit here.

As we age the aches and pains seem to appear all too frequently. I live in China and I was introduced to an oil called Imada Red Flower Oil.

Now I am extremely sceptical of a lot of the chinese potions but I’ll be damned if this wasn’t the best pain relief oil I have ever come across.

Now the Chinese name is Hung Fah Yeow and the ingredients are:
Methyl Salicylate
Cinnamon Leaf Oil
Clove Oil
Citronellai Oil
Flos Carthami

You may have to search around in your local Chinatown.

Anyway, as I said it is the best thing I have found for my aches after lifting.

I know of one good pain killer that the conventional medical community oes’t prescribe it’s beer. Workout hard if pain drink beer or if no pain drink beer as a prophylactic. It also cures carb deficiencies.

What do you do with this stuff? Drink it? I hope not. Rub it on your joints? I hope so.

Salicylate is aspirin.

Then it’s similar to other oriental preparations like dragon balm, tiger balm, etc., and probably aspercreme.

I have tried tiger balm but never received the same relief - in what way do you say it is similar? There are a million face creams so i guess you can say they are similar but are they the same in effectiveness?

Anyway, doesn’t matter - i like it.
