Thanks for the encouragement guy’s. :slight_smile: This has been a pretty hard time in my life, but I know it is for the best. I’m doing a lot better then I was. Things are starting to go back to normal for me. :slight_smile:

Small update

My diet has been pretty crappy and I have missed quite a few HIIT cardio sessions, but I’m still continueing to lose fat and gain muscle. I’m beyond impressed with Red Bands. I can not believe how much fat I have lost even though my diet and training haven’t been up to par.

When I started this cycle, I weighed 202 lbs and was over 18% bodyfat. Right now I’m right at 199 lbs, and I would say that I’m right around 14% bodyfat. Even with all the skipped workouts, and crappy diet, I have still managed to get impressive results.

Got my order of Red Bands last week Thursday while I was away on work. I gotta say that it came in fast. Ordered Wednesday and came in on Thursday. Didn’t get home till Friday noon, so my cycle started then.

Following instructions and started with the initial 3-days of 1cap in morning and 1cap 6-8hrs later on empty stomach. Today is the 3rd day so tomorrow I will be upping the dosage to 2 in morning and 2 6-8hrs later.
