Hey, anybody here train high frequency?
If so, what are your favorite recovery aids?
Foods, supplements, routines, etc.

I personally find contrast bath’s highly effective. I have one after each workout and have noticed a significant improvement in muscle recovery since doing this.

Hmmm, tried that last night, not a huge difference.
I can’t really think of anything I’ve tried that’s helped me barring adaptation. Have you tried playing around with salt (no clue where I’m going with this)? … and no … not bath salts …
^^ epsom salts maybe?? ^^ when i used to box a lot of the guys i trained with would soak themselves in that stuff.
i find contrast baths help, if you can make them cold and hot enough. most people cant handle the extreme changes. ice baths can help as well.
i also find rolling, ibuprofen, lots of water, more food, more sleep, less stress, more conditioning, deload weeks, and active recovery workouts along with 50-100 rep work to all help in some manner.
