Well I was a big drinker while I was serious in lifting (not missing workouts etc.) but wasnt as successful as I am now because Im drinking much less.

My idea of partying is usually starting the night off with a 12 pack in hand and finishing up with patron shots lol. But really I go out, chill with girls, holler, or at least try to lol, and I dont need to drink to do this.

Suffolk bitches…Crazy hot, all of them, 1 in 10 girls is ugly and highschool was the other way around. They all think I’m in my 20’s too fucking great shit kid, just need to keep my age on the DL. Most of them are really in there 20’s and women tend to go for older guys.

Still have bitches from high school too that I hang with, real hot girls, but too immature for me. Maybe I’ll meet miss right at the gym and have my fun there lol. Ccan only hope at least.

I didn’t even see this lol. You’d need to meet them to know. I love them and hate them. I’m about to go on a rant, actually I will.

Lately I have maybe 4-5 guys I’ll hang out with and a dozen girls, and on top of that all the people I see partying. Now most of these girls are hot as fuck, no joke about that, however they are some of the stupidest, head up their ass people you’ll ever meet. I’ve been rejected by one of them and liked another who likes someone else, can’t get over the ex, mental bullshit. It makes me go insane.

I say to mysely “A, what’s meant to be is meant to be,” (I don’t normally talk in the third person but some things warrant it) but I know that statement is false.

I pray each day I’ll meet half these people when they’ve “grown up.” What gets me though is the people they are attracted too. How can you look this good and be into a kid who is not only a complete dirtbag, but looks as though he eats like a pansy school girl and has wannabe tough guy syndrome. I don’t know, stupid is stupid does I guess.

Anways, haven’t posted consitently but have been training consistently.

Bench day almost had 315 for 4 still needs alittle work, but 3 reps has been in the bag.

Biceps I’m doing fairly easy reps with 140 pound BB curls. Now they’re not 100% strict, but are far from some crazy cheat curls and don’t involve much swing, just what is natural.

Triceps have been hit hard with reps of 250 on close grip bench. I see them getting bigger by the minute.

Been doing some shoulder work, nothing to brag about. When I get my gym memebership this week them and my legs will be a large focus.

My lower body is suffering a bit, what’s new…

Deadlifted today, gradually increasing the weight to get back to and exceed my old limits. Did 405x5 and it came extremely easy.

Set a few more goals and they will be completed no questions asked, no doubt in my mind.

I will bulk up to as big as I can get by April. Main points of foucs being legs, back and delts, but obviously everything will be hit as hard as I can hit it.

Once I hit April I will diet down for 10-12 weeks to do a local show and qualify for the NPC teen nationals.

I will then bulk up to as big as I can, I don’t care if it means eating steaks every fucking meal of the day, I will hit some crazy wieght and then again diet down and ready myself for the nationals. I will go in them expecting to place. I will not have it any other way.

I will also be working with weights 400+ on bench, 500+ on squats, and 600+ on deads. I have a good solid approach to how I will do this sitting in my brain right as I type this very sentence.

I will be an eating, weight throwing, fucking crazy ass mother fucking arnold schwarzenegger terminator looking bastard by the time I’m through and nobody is standing in my fucking way.

Tons of calories, tons of heavy weight lifting, tons of determination, and tons of dedication and I will be sitting on top.

Shit, I need to eat, and get money and buy that gym membership so I can finally get the full use of the equipment I’m lacking and to stop getting distracted by other shit at home.

Seriously do you know how hard it is to have an intense workout at home when you have 3 siblings running around and a mother and father who ask you shit while your lifting. ALso the tv and computer post distractions and the atmosphere is condusive, but not condusive to me achieveing the most I can achieve.

The gym will provide me with a place where I have no excuses other than to lift the weights staring at my in the face and do it with shorter rest periods.

Fuck I’m so angry, it takes me so much time to set up my lat pulldown machine after using my bench for other things and taking shit apart and doing this and doing that, but I still do it cause I know Im going somewhere but its so annoying, so depressing. Im greatful I have the opportunity and convinience to workout at home but Im sick of cutting workouts short because Im mentally fatigued, not physically, but mentally and the stress it put on me.

Whatever Im done complaining and am going to make the chagne needed to complete me as a bodybuilder, my passion is too strong to let bullshit in the way.

Wed Tris/Delts/Upper Chest,
Thr Biceps
Fri Legs

Sun Middle/Lower Chest

Low intensity cardio 4 days per week.

Focus 1-2 main compound lifts per muscle group then 2-4 isolation movements. Priority is to get srtonger in each lift and to gain weight.

After I’m done with this I will give DC ago thanks to my buddy Cephalic_Carnage.

I got the idea from something PX wrote awhile back about how he split his chest training upper and lower on seperate days. My upper pec is underdeveloped compared to my lower and I felt it would be beneficial to train the two seperately until I bring my chest up to the level I need it to be. And thanks, I can use all the support I can get lol.

Chins, Hammer Rows, Dumbbell Rows, whatever. Do all your upper back and rear delt work on this day. Think of it as a Back Width Day.

Wednesday: Off

Thursday: Quad Day
Front Squats. Back Squats. Leg Presses. Leg Extensions
No hamstring work needed today. Just blast the Quads.
Some Abs

Friday: Middle/Lower Chest
You might as well train your triceps this day instead of Monday. It sounds like this day is going to be your Big Barbell Benching, day and probably your favorite day.

Saturday: Gunz
Pump those suckers up. Do Grip Work and Calves as well. Otherwise you’re just having a biceps day!

Tuesday: Upper Back/Latissimus Dorsi
Chins, Hammer Rows, Dumbbell Rows, whatever. Do all your upper back and rear delt work on this day. Think of it as a Back Width Day.

Wednesday: Off

Thursday: Quad Day
Front Squats. Back Squats. Leg Presses. Leg Extensions
No hamstring work needed today. Just blast the Quads.
Some Abs

Friday: Middle/Lower Chest
You might as well train your triceps this day instead of Monday. It sounds like this day is going to be your Big Barbell Benching, day and probably your favorite day.

Saturday: Gunz
Pump those suckers up. Do Grip Work and Calves as well. Otherwise you’re just having a biceps day![/quote]

Did some heavy triceps yesterday. Saw a video of a guy maxing on curls. Figured I’d do things different tonight and just maxed my straight bar curl. Hit 155, missed 165. Tommorow I get my gym memebership…So pumped

Been lifting a lot. 5 days a week, 45-1.25 hours a session.

One thing that has been annoying is getting used to the benches at the gym. There really thin, and Im used to my bench at home being a few inches wider. It hasn’t affected my strength too much but Im not hitting the numbers I was. I guess time will correct that.

Worked out back today and although I did good in my opinion I fucked the shit up out of my back twisting on the fifth rep of 405 on the deadlift. Im having some discomfort now. Does anyone have suggestiong on how to get back into deadlifting to help prevent injury. I was on a pretty long layoff and although my strength hasnt decreased much I feel more injury prone lifting the weights I used to lift.

Heres todays back workout,it took about 45 minutes. Without all the distractions I had at home, the workouts at the gym go by much quicker.
