Thanks brother! I hope to get some videos of my lifts up one of these days when I remeber and have the extra time. As for my routine, I’ve picked the best exercises that I respond to as well as keeping the volume moderate and the intensity high giving me enough tiome for recovery, but also enough weight to make me grow. Took a new approach lightened up the load and worked on form. I kept my arms parallel to my body and pushed the bar up and forward not over my chest so it was predominately a tricep movement.

I hate making excuses and have been doing so lately but my training has suffered this week because I have started my first year of college this last monday. I’m tired cranky, and will be much more on track next week.
Had a leg and back workout over the past few days. Life has been hektic so posting has been the least of my priorities. Hit chest today not going to get into detail but i did hit 295 for 5 reps

However, Austin�??s passion lies outside of the classroom. He plans to compete and become a professional bodybuilder. Austin has been successfully sculpting his physique for the past two years. It�??s a very involved sport which needs attention each and every day.
After his career in bodybuilding is complete after he wins the Mr. Olympia title, he plans to become an athletic trainer. This is what his college experience will be for. He plans to graduate the honor�??s program with high marks, and transfer to a school more suited to his needs.
Austin is a very simple man. His satisfaction will only come from his happiness not wealth or fancy accessories. If he can stay happy, have a loving heart, and be generous man he will be fulfilled. So many people were in shock. I loved it. I had people wanting to see me on stage, asking advice. I went up for dessert and one women said “You don’t eat this stuff right.” I said, “I’m starving and I’m bulking.” It felt great and my dad was proud.
I decided to say fuck the party life I don’t need beer to have a good time. I’ll go out chill with my friends, the girls, but refrane from substance abuse and unhealthy habits.

u could have said: got any videos, im curious to see your lifting. Im not being shady im disgusted with the fact that everyone asks for proof of your lifting, when half of them are the ones that lie about the #'s
