Realistic Goals/Expectations?

Not just realistic, but almost exactly what I did.

I’m about your height, started at your weight, and met your goals fairly quickly with regular training and eating.

Make sure you eat though. When I wasn’t eating enough, I wasn’t gaining weight, and that limited my strength gains. Eating enough is STILL a problem for me, so don’t slow your progress by not eating enough.

  1. Your goal is definitely realistic.

  2. You’ll find out what your measurements will be once you gain 10lbs AFTER you have gained the 10lbs.

  3. Add some overhead presses.

Good luck.

Added shoulder presses to Bench days.

Wow. Let’s just say…

I suck at life.

I haven’t been in the weightroom more than once or twice since this post. Great.
My diet is still what I like to call SHIT.
Still skinny, but getting bigger…

In the waist/ass area. YAY!!! Fuck.

Alright guys. This is it…
Do or Die right?

No one cares if you give up. It was do-or-die last April. It’s obviously not important enough to you for you to stick with it.

Agreed with BF Bullup…

That’s two more months of your life you wasted not getting one step closer to something you claim to want to do that you’ll never get back. If you really want to get it done get an attitude about it and go to work or else stop taking up space here. People are watching you from their rear view mirrors in terms of progress as you decide “alright this is IT!, well after next weekend or the diet starts tomorrow, tonight is taco night!” or whatever you say to yourself. If I was you I wouldn’t make one more post on this website until you prove to yourself that you are willing to do what it takes to make some significant progress in this game.
