Won’t enter pictures until first week in July so I can work on the tan and get a little tighter and fuller.
IF I get in, the finals day is August 17th. Slightly gutted at how late it is, was really wanting to start gaining by July.
Currently sitting at 163lbs upon waking up. Workouts have been going well, with weights fairly easy in 5/3/1 (I did set maxes low tho)

Knee Raises - 4 x 25 reps

PM - Lateral Raises - 5k x 15 x 3
Miltary Press - 40k x 8-10 x 3, 30k x 12, 20k x 15
Wide Grip Press- 20k x 10 x 3
Rear Delt Swings - 5k x 25/15/10 x 2 SuperSet with Band Face Pulls to failure

Tuesday
AM - Deadlift - 80k x 3, 90k x 3, 100k x 3
