From what info I can find it is still a “register your e-mail” for entry updates affair.
Also read on their forum that the entry window was Late April- 6 June last year, meaning that the entry could possibly open this month and end in July…majorly paranoid I miss the application window

yeah that is really bad hair. You just gotta shave it close when it gets like that. I can’t really see that guy on the cover on Men’s Health. His physique isn’t bad (upper best a bit meh if you ask me, shoulders pretty dismal but good shape overall I’d say) but he just doesn’t look like the dudes on the magazine cover.
He’s not as shredded as you either. That maybe means you could let yourself soften a bit.
