thanks guys but in all honesty the only lift I am proud of is the m press, all others are fairly shoddy but maybe thats from inflated expectations from everyone on forums like this saying they are squatting 400 for fun after a year of training
also I was 190 (86k) when I military pressed 80k so sadly it wasn’t exactly bodyweight ![]()

Rear Delt Swings - 5k x 25/15/10 x 2
Tricep Pushdowns - Medium Band x 15 x 3, Heavy Band x 10 x 2, Light band x 10 x 5
Today was:
Am - Neural Charge
Deadlift - 75k x 5, 80k x 5, 85k x 5 (first time doing straight bar in 18 months)
15 mins of LISS
Pm - One Arm Bbell Row - 3 5k plates + 2 5k chains x 12 x 5
Chins - 8 x 3
Chest Support Rows - 7.5k kettlebells x 20 x 4
Fat Grip Bbell Curls - 20k x 15, 22.5k x 12, 22.5k x 12
Hammer Curls - 5k x 12 x 3
Will fire some more traditional style pics up so the angling and lighting aint making me look more conditioned than I really am
