Will up the calories asap, and thanks for the input. And yeah I’m definitely interested in learning as much as possible from the bigger guys on this site but I will also let my opinion be known even if it means being regarded as a “clown” for making “silly remarks”
I’m from MS/GA so really can’t be throwing out redneck without being too hypocritical.
OP: Almonds, turkey and an apple aren’t going to magically change your diet. Lots of Beef, GOMAD, and other calorie dense food will. Almonds, turkey, and apple should simply be an hourly snack.

Well, what I was mean to say say that deadgoats diet looks pretty good. But just to add some turkey for breakfast and maybe chuck in some almonds in his cottage cheese at night. And also not to be scared to have an apple here and there.
