Pick a goal and stick to it at a minimum of 6 months ie powerlifting or bodybuilding…
Eat clean proteins and healthy fats (fish oil tabs) wal-mart cheep… or natural peanut butter, almonds…

i’m a big believer in feeling the muscle using moderate to heavy weight. go to youtube or find some videos that shows proper technique.
and remember that bodybuilding is 80% nutrition!~ to some ppl its 90%
and stick to basic compound movements and please please don’t make my mistake of training legs 2 years later! also the delts believe is the only muscle that can never be too big!
