Making a bit of a presumptuous leap here aren’t we? People mainly use apps out of convenience and I know this may be a surprise but people have been not working out way before apps were introduced.

Sorry, you can replace my word “app” with “5/3/1 system”

No offense to Jim. I think he’s perfectly fine. I paid for his 5/3/1 ebook largely because I’d been using his system based on the T-Nation article and I wanted to help him support his family. I’d say that was 50% of the motivation, the other 50% was to see the assistance work. After I bought the book I read it and realized about half of the book is just people saying “This system works great!” and the assistance work info. was largely giving a description of basic standard exercises.

Anyway…I still think Jim is a nice guy. I bought some stuff from ELITEFTS and thought I was supposed to get free shipping, but when I didn’t I complained and they explained I had to spend over $50 bucks and I’d only spent $48 and when I explained back that I was not aware of this and had I known I would have bought something for $3 bucks to save $8 bucks in shipping they kindly refunded my shipping money. I’ll order from them in the future for this.

Anyway…5/3/1 is his life’s work? Pretty much the first sentence of the T-mag article says he thought it up on a napkin. He’s constantly saying there’s nothing to it. The dude using Jim’s name against Jim’s wishes is an ass no doubt about it.

Not sure where I went with that. Hope it clears things up.[/quote]

Coming up with it is one thing, building the brand, promoting, teaching, answering questions, est is another. He need not have spent his life coming up with the system for it to be his life’s work.

Have you ever seen pictures of him?

Short of the incredible Hulk that is next to impossible.

Maybe… with a tranquilizer gun and an escape car?

You want to yoke Jim’s incredible yoke?

Ghey!

Hell yes I am driving the car.

I am not going nowhere near him, I wont be caught with my pants down when he wakes up.

Hah, my housemate used this app for months… until he realised it was buggy and had miscalculated his lifts. I laughed at him as I think it is gay to use a stupid phone app to program and record workouts. He’s a total metro anyway.
But I am technology-impaired and don’t even own a touchscreen phone. I don’t use Twitter either.
Anyway, I legally own the Wendler manuals, and think it’s totally eatass when someone rips of someone else’s work, whether it’s legal to do so or not.

I recently reread his 'Man on man rape prevention" live spill. Guess I just had Rape on the mind.

Remember this is the guy that rides the pavement 60 feet/yards/miles after his motorcycle gets rear-ended and he gets up and brushes off the dirt and blood. I cant imagine the horror he would bestow upon you when he gets up after getting rear ended by you

escape car necessary.

Also I frequently have rape on the mind. I often judge a woman by how rape able she looks.
EXAMPLE: That woman must be about 70 years old. I bet I could rape the hell out of her.

Not sure if kidding.
