I’m at around four liters of Pepsi Max a day.

Beat that, punk.
Show off!! Did you add the caffeine up in that stuff?

I have my coffee in the morning and then a 16 oz red bull or rip its(I like those) before training…then more coffee or red bull in the afternoon…I know someday I will have to wean off of all this stuff…or maybe take up stock in the caffeine bizz…
~800mg. I try to keep it under a gram a day.

Very interested.

EOD refeed, care to elaborate?
Basically PSMF on off days and for the first half of the day on training days, then a small amount of carbs pre-training and a refeed for the rest of the day (roughly 5 hours). My refeeds are going to be structured so that I’m basically eating at maintenance for the time being, subject to change though.

If you do a google search for “EOD refeeds”, you’ll find a couple of threads on Lyle’s site that go over it in a pretty good amount of detail.

wow…I thought 200 at a time was hardcore.

Finished my first refeed up, back to the suck tomorrow.

I’m worried that the night-time insulin fairy might show up and store the sammich I just ate as fat though

Sounds very interesting, I’m always curious about new variations of the RFL. Good Luck.

I’ve had success prescribing a Leangains (16/8)-IF, into the parameters of a cat 1 RFL. Mainly from the standpoint of personal preference (client was not a “breakfast person”), as I believe as long as the cals/carbs are within compliance of the diet nutrient timing is specifically unimportant on this diet. Mostly due to the extreme caloric deficit you are already in.

I think I’m just going to eat one meal a day forever, PWO.

Eight hours is bullshit.

Dude, I couldn’t handle these refeeds in just one meal.

I mean, I guess I could…

No, nevermind.

Seriously though, I think if I were having to keep calories much lower on low days, then I might take the one-meal approach. I’m a cat 1 at 197 lbs so I get 3 or so 400 calorie meals during my eight hours and I’m pretty comfortable as long as I have my coke zero and ephedrine. I forgot (don’t ask me how) to take the eca today for some reason and was definitely feeling it later on.

Excited to see how this turns out. I’ll post updates if you guys are interested in hearing about how I’m stuffing my face 3-4 times per week, haha.

^ Post updates.

It will also help with accountability.

ya, post updates!

I’m getting a cold and the last thing i wanna do is eat moar chicken.
